Marcus joined Quadrant in 2006 and has over 30 years of private equity experience, starting in the UK in 1992 with NatWest Ventures (now Bridgepoint). He joined AMP in 1994 as Joint Head of Private Equity where he completed several major buyouts and started his career in funds management and broking in London, working at GRE Assurance, Schroder Securities and County NatWest Securities (now CitiGroup).
