Adrian Cullen

Head of Sustainability

Adrian joined Quadrant in 2023 having spent over 10 years with Woolworths Group in executive positions, including Head of Sustainability, where he was responsible for the development and delivery of the sustainability strategy. During his Woolworths tenure, Adrian served as a Board Director at the Australia Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO). Prior to Woolworths, Adrian led the sustainability agenda at McDonald’s Australia.
