Ada joined Quadrant in 2022 having previously spent three years as an Associate at Affinity Equity Partners investing across a range of sectors in Australia and New Zealand, including the healthcare and software sectors. Prior to this, Ada worked in the Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank Australia, focussing on M&A and financing transactions in the financial services and infrastructure sectors.
