QUADRANT GROWTH FUND NO. 2 PARTNERS WITH CEVO, ARINCO, AND D6 FOR ACCELERATED GROWTH

  • Leading AWS and Microsoft cloud specialist providers to accelerate investment in growth

Quadrant Growth Fund No. 2 (“Quadrant”) has partnered with leading Australian cloud specialist providers Cevo, Arinco and D6 Consulting (“D6”). Quadrant will be investing alongside the management teams in each of the three businesses.

Cevo, Arinco and D6 (together, the Group) are three of Australia’s fastest growing Cloud Services Providers, working with enterprise and government clients across the country and are leading partners with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft. Most recently, Cevo ranked #26 in the 2022 AFR Fast 100 list and #7 in the CRN 2022 Fast50. Additionally, Arinco ranked #53 in the 2022 AFR Fast Starters list and in the CRN’s 2022 Fast50.

Led by Founders and Principal Consultants across each of the three businesses, Cevo, Arinco and D6 have built an outstanding 250-strong team across cloud migration, cloud modernisation, data engineering, cloud security, modern work, security, project management, and managed services capabilities. Together with Quadrant, the group will continue to invest in the team locally to deliver the best outcomes for customers in their acceleration and innovation in the cloud.

Cloud service providers continue to accelerate digital transformation and shifting workloads to the cloud for enterprise and government organisations.

Quadrant’s investment in Cevo, Arinco and D6 will be the fourth investment from the $530 million Quadrant Growth Fund No. 2 which was raised in August 2021 and now close to half invested.
The partnership also marks Qudrant’s second major investment in IT services, following the successful partnership and sale of Arq Group for $290 million in March 2022.
