Sentinel Limited
Quadrant Private Equity No.1 has invested NZ$20 million in Sentinel Limited, a leading supplier of reverse mortgage products to the seniors market. The group includes Sentinel in New Zealand, Australian Seniors Finance in Australia, and Seniors Money in Ireland.
Quadrant’s capital will strengthen the financial base of the business allowing it to achieve rapid deployment of its business model. Sentinel is targeting to launch in two to three countries per year.
