Sucessful IPO of Summerset Retirement Villages

Quadrant completed a successful Initial Public Offering of New Zealand based Summerset Retirement Villages on 1 November 2011. Summerset was the largest IPO on the New Zealand Stock Exchange in the past four years and delivered strong returns to Quadrant investors despite challenging market conditons.

Quadrant has retained a 55% holding in Summerset as it continues its growth strategy of village expansion across New Zealand.
